SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
I am 13, 5-11, 132lbs, and i run and have ok abs. I do abs three days a week but I still need an arm workout (shoulders, biceps, triceps, and forearm) that lasts about an hour that I can add to my weekly routine and do three times a week. I would appreciate it SO much if someone could give me that workout and also if they have any tips to give me about gaining muscle that would be wonderful. Please help!
