Btw i'm an anti-smoker, but the reasoning in the cellphone/cancer part of the video is imho incomplete: are any of these trials randomized controlled trials? Probably not many, meaning that there can be a lot more bias and confounders than just industry sponsoring.

Way to push the issue. For years, I've wondered why more people don't exercise their Rights. For 99% of us, it's because we can't afford to defend ourselves.

I really hope this is the tip of the spear that pushes the DMCA off the cliff.

Prof Lessig, how do you go about making sure the lawyers responsible for this action are punished for perjury? There has to be some judge out there somewhere that will start punishing lawyers for filing false DMCA notices...

Ah, the irony..

I don't like the verbatim of the YT audio copyright message. "an audio track that has not been authorized by WMG". It's not like audio tracks needs to be authorized by WMG (at least I hope so). More like "WMG has disputed the copyright of this audio track".
