Step 1: Create the Turkey's Head
---------------------------------------------------------------------

* Fold a strip of the yellow construction paper in half lengthwise.

* Next, cut a symmetrical triangle over the fold to make the turkey's beak.

* Apply hot glue along the folded edge of the beak and attach it to the back of the wooden spoon, which represents the turkey's face.

* Paste the googly eyes above the beak.

* Set the spoon aside so that it can dry completely.

Step 2: Make the Tail Feathers
---------------------------------------------------------------------

* Stack all three papers on top of each other.

* Cut out long feather shapes along the length of the papers.

* Repeat this step three times across the stack.

* Once you have finished cutting them out, attach each feather to its own wooden skewer. These pieces are the tail feathers for the bird figure.

Step 3: Assemble the Basket
---------------------------------------------------------------------

* Place the foam block in the basket near the back.

* Stick the feathers into it.

* Arrange them in a fan shape.

* Position the spoon at the front of the basket.

* Fill your turkey basket with bread.
