Did you shoot this all with continuous bursts from an SLR? what camera did you use? I know a nikon d40 can do that large of bursts (i noticed at least 30 frames in some)

I used a d40, and took all the photos manually, no continuous mode. It probably would look smoother if I had taken them in bursts.
