Julian Assange is accused of having sex with a condom that broke. He has not been charged with anything. The plan is to get Assange to Sweden, which will send him to the United States. Hillary Clinton has gone to Sweden to talk to authorities there. Sweden is a small country that has a history of caving to pressure. It collaborates with the CIA, allowing the agency to kidnap people in Sweden. During World War II, Sweden feared Nazi Germany and collaborated with it.

00:13 "Serious sexual offenses" Really. Last time I check the only offense was that Assange had sex without condoms, but with consent. How is that serious sexual offenses? The only reason you were even born is because your parents had sex without condoms, but with consent. BY THIS LOGIC YOUR OWN MERE EXISTENCE IS A SERIOUS OFFENSE.

People don't understand that it doesn't matter what the offences are here, the only reason why it went to the UK Supreme Court is because of 'point of law' in the public's interest that needs to be addressed which was the meaning of a 'Judicial Authority'.

The Supreme Court then ruled that the Swedish Prosecution Authority was a legit Judicial Authority and could arrange a EAW for him.

If I were Swedish I would feel the same shame that Swedes felt at their role as "neutral" collaborator with Hitler.

And speaking of Hitler: do you realise that if Assange had whistleblown on Nazi Germany back in the 1930(before the war started) , under these bizarre extradition laws, he would have been sent right back to Berlin? While Lawyers like Lord Phillips here read out long legal arguments whose meaning behind the words was : betrayal of all that English Justice used to stand for

Can anybody give me a precedent case where the US extradited someone from Sweden with a legal situation similar to Assange?
