@furrywolf201 It doesn't matter if you played the first game... But if you didn't pre-order InFAMOUS 2, then you don't have any skins. You have to buy some off the PSN store... I believe the skin pack is $2.99? You should probably check for yourself.

@fusionfallguide086 actually, in this video, I have The InFAMOUS 2: Limited edition from Gamestop... Since I pre-ordered it from gamestop, I automatically got the lightning hook, reaper skin, caveman club, sly cane, etc.... If you don't have the option to change skins, you more than likely don;t have any to change. Sorry.

@fusionfallguide086 If by "normal skins" you mean the reaper, kessler,etc. I don't know... I guess you'll have to check. Sorry I don't know.
