It's one of those everything is explained episodes!

Here's Kaitlin and Blair's backstory:
-Kaitlin and Blair met when Kaitlin ran away in season 5
-They became friends and partied and did drugs together
-Kaitlin told Blair she needed to make some money, Blair introduced her to her billionaire boyfriend Chuck Bass to help her out
-Then Chuck falls for Kaitlin and they hook up

This Episode:
-Seth goes to see Anna
-Summer learns Seth is gone
-Ryan and Taylor confront one another
-Blair "forgives" Kaitlin for the time being
-Seth tells Anna about his accident
-Marissa tells Blair that she dated Chuck and that Kaitlin and Chuck hooked up again a few weeks ago, Blair is angry because Kaitlin lied about seeing him again

It's a little confusing, hopefully this clears some stuff up.

Ooooh, drama with Queen B in the house. Can I ask a question, is this an entire universe crossover? Like are the characters of Blair and Chuck just coming into this universe or do Serena, Nate, ... also exist in this universe but they're just in NY?

Sorry if the question is confusing..

hmm I guess it's sort of AU in terms of GG, the only GG characters I plan on including are Blair and Chuck so the rest of the GG cast I guess still exists back in NY even though they're not in this series.

I would have to say that GG canon doesn't really apply since Chuck and Blair's history is different here and The O.C. characters have been thrust into it.

I love the Blair/Kaitlin storyline.

And, I know, I'm horrible, but I love that Ryan and Taylor are getting a divorce (RM forever. ;])!
