Reports: Iran rejects draft deal to ship uranium to Russia

Iran has not accepted the draft deal on transferring its uranium stock to Russia for enrichment.
The groundbreaking deal was hammered out in Vienna on Wednesday and was expected to remove or at least reduce concerns over Tehran's nuclear ambitions.

It must be noted that the Iranian Nuclear programme was first initiated by SHAH of Iran and It was supported by America,French and some other european naions but after the 1979 revolution,the project was abandonned by both America,French and the Europeans.When the new administration in Iran tries to pick up the pieces and proceed with the project with Russian help why are the nations that abandoned the project in the first place making alot of mambo jumbo?
