catfish swimming around tank. Have siblings of this ancistrus in another tank, and they do the usual catfish behavior.

mine just hides all day :P great tank and cool fish :)

but it is also very young, mine is 4 and a half, and it has become very cautious, though it still jumps in the night!

Wow Mr. that is what I call a lively Ancistrus. I wish my Ancistrus dolichopterus L183 did that around the tank :D. By the way that is a VERY nice and beautiful tank, lots of plants in it, very nice! So no wonder why your Ancistrus is so happy.
