Level 30. Guns skill of 100. Strength of 6 (optimal Strength for this gun is 8). My character also has 3 perks that increase damage when I shoot a Sneak and Critical hit.

Max Stealth + Stealth perks.

Challenge Perks (Abomination, Mutant Killer, ect)

That brings the rat slayer up to about 50 dam and 140 DT.

Add that with a Critical hit and also Stealth kill, BOOM.

It's suppressed, has NV, and is kickass.

Game played on Normal, I kill Deathclaws at the Deathclaw "Gultch" and own them with 1 hit headshots. Duh.

Anyone who needs a gun with huge DAM has no skill. I get shots off like this kid, from much farther ranges, with the Ratslayer. No I'm not a noob, lvl 30 and no dlc. Deathclaws are easy to kill with the Ratslayer 3

All the people who picked the Four-Eyes trait you are fucked.

Your perception is much lower and you can't use power armor or ranger armor because you can't wear glasses.

I though it would be great because you can use glasses, the 1º battalion baret an you would have 3 more perception. But when U use power armor or ranger armor, you are really fucked
