Rosie makes her point, yet is alway a total professional.
Compare Rosie to the uber idiot on her far right - Elisabeth - who cannot even keep her rude behavior in check when she dislikes a guest...namely Kathy Griffin.
I marvel that Elisabeth was not fired on the spot for the way she acted toward Kathy Griffin. Elisabeth isn't fit to work the drive-thru at McDonald's.
