@PhiLong123 No man. I live in Veitnam and i can tell you for sure that this idea came from vietnam, not from america. There are literally hundreds of these cafes here with scantly clad ladies all over HCMC, and if you had ever been here you would know this. Further these predate the ones in the USA, which have only been america for a few years... and coincidentally they are organized and created... by Vietnamese in Vietnamese communities. Be smart. Come here and you will see
