Kareem's Story

As a young man, Kareem had an emergency surgery to save his life, rendering him as a bilateral upper extremity amputee. Arimed fitted him with myoelectric prosthetic arms that function from electrical signals from muscular contractures of his residual limbs. Kareem went back to college, completed his degree, and wrote a personal book about his entire experience.
