20 pull ups, 10 front squats (155lbs/70kg), 8 burpees x 4 rounds for time. Shown here is my first and last rounds.
Finished in just over 10mins but need to push it on more to improve time.
you can do this by scaling the pull ups to inverted rows and lower the weight on the front squats or even just do squats holding a 10-20kg dumbbell across the chest.
