Who is leading the charge here in Australia? The WA pollies are talking about making harsher laws here and that is just bullshit in this day and age. The UN have said that Australia has the highest, or close to, cannabis use in the world (which i find hard to believe) and yet we seem to have no movement to regulate this relatively benign substance. The conference in September should be insteresting.
