This movie was dumb. You cannot learn to race a horse in a month with no prior training and with an old horse, let alone win. Besides, since when do guys strut around town bragging to girls about what an amazing steeplechaser he is? Not to mention this is basically the same plot at HSM. Pfah.

I found this movie incredibly stupid and inacurrate. A racehorse and a lesson pony are two totally different things.
Not to mention the fact he's racing with an English saddle.
Really, really pathetic.
