teams will screw you over is you got some kinda injury or you don't perform like they want you to. So why shouldn't the players try and get paid when they play well and are healthy. NFL doesn't have guaranteed contracts, they are the only pro sport of the big three that doesn't. Players have to be smart and savvy any chance they get.

Nothing is life is garneeted so he needs to live up to his own words from his mouth. Work hard and you will get paid. he has been paid plenty so far. If he wants more money and a longer contract show up and do your job and you will get one from the Titans or another team. Who wants to bet he will sign his tender? or does he think it is better to go and work in the real world. 9-5 48 weeks a year for little compared too what he makes. Good luck Mr.55 your video is still a joke.

@atreyu23336
so you are saying he wants a longer contract with no sign on bonus up front guarantee when there might be a lock out next season with no football. These players want up front cash and long term deals so the lock out does not effect their income, but it will effect the owners, teams, and NFL income as a whole.
i am not saying one side is right, but the man has millions sitting in front of him and if he plays hard he will make more.

@bwm76 There is no greed in wanting a long term contract. He isn't asking for more money this year. He wants to know he will be taken care of for years after this season. That's what all players want.

@atreyu23336
Paul Kuharsky would disagree with you on this. He covers the Titans for ESPN.
