She can tuck it behind her ears and go, or she can wear a long fringe that is textured for more of a sultry look.

For her makeup, Kate has AMAZING blue eyes. The warm brown eye makeup on her blue eyes makes them pop. The goal is to stay fresh and radiant, while emphasizing your best features.
