I wish the little piano notes during the chorus would have been more noticeable on the album version ; they added a nice creepy vibe.

@butterflycaught900 He also mentioned the album having a stronger rock sound than Young Modern. I don't know exactly what he has up his sleeve, so we'll hafta wait and see. Personally, I'm excited to see what the band does, and maybe it'll end up making you happy as well.

@spscotto daniel covered that ground with the dissociatives. i'd hoped he'd gotten it out of his system. guess not. and i heard him recently saying the new album would only have about 4 songs with guitar!?! i was like, um, i cant even think of 4 songs on young modern with guitar o_O. so apparently he's found a way to make the next album even softer than YM... sigh...

@butterflycaught900 hmm, maybe. I'm not sure, I think that they're covering ground in a different direction. It is a bit less daring than Diorama, but it might've just been the album that they really wanted to make, I suppose. I'm not sure about this stuff since I haven't listened to this album a whole lot lately. If anything, I'm getting ready for their next album, a new Stone Temple Pilots album instead.
