i dont think world domination is a bad thing, it will end all war and the starving war torn people of africa would love it cause while less money would be spent on the norths infrastrucure more would go to countries infrastructure balancing it out as most countries have to be even a supercountry, more money would go to things such as the long underfunded space programme, global warming could be solved easier and such thingss like nuclear war, overpopulation etc would be gone :)
