I grew up here during 70s, heard its turned into a black slum, gangs, drugs, yer all-around shit-bags....thats to bad was a nice town! But you have to have diversity! AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! Thats OK aliens will be here soon, to eat us all!

I ate at that exact Village Inn last night. was really good lol
I remember that intersection being really busy during the summer though. they closed alot of roads, took about 2 hours more then it should have to get anywhere because of the flooding

Class of 97 lived through the flood of 93. It's sad that Iowa City did not learn from the flood of 93.

Dude, if you hate the politicians, that's one thing, don't wish this on innocent people, it shows the ignorance in this country for you to say something like this, get a life, I don't feel bad for the politicians but I do for the people, they didn't deserve this, I bet you wouldn't say the same if this was your back yard would you?

Ive never known a town more deserving of floods and tornados. The whole city is corrupt. The water dept, parking meter enforcement, cops, apartment leasing, city hall, all straight up thieves!
