Oh Hell freaking yeah! I live on the Northwest side of Houston close to Cypress. My apartment complex is comprised of 2 complexes. My side no lights for 6 days! The other side had lights the entire time! Except for one time my dad said, "Justice has been served." The other side had no lights. So we packed up my Dad's truck with laptops and cell phones with chargers and went to my Dad's brother's place in Pearland. Which is much closer to the coast than Cypress is.

Absolutly!!!!! They were so blatant about the fact that the west side had priority because it "wasn't the worst hit" I can understand the eastside not getting their lights on for weeks because I'm right off of the San Jacinto River and we got anihilated. But their were plenty of places that weren't around here for miles that had grocery stores and hospitals in their grids and were just not touched because they had to pull line men to go work in Bellaire and Riveroaks. That is f@#$ed up.

You know what would settle this question... some reporter should make a RFC to acquire the linemen dispatch logs as public records so we can all see what happened.
