Wow! I was at this show. I can't believe it was 24 years ago The funny thing is that on the ride to the show, Cold Rain & Snow came on WMMR, and it happened to be raining lightly with just a bit of snow. We got to the Spectrum around 9:00 am. Longest and best party I've ever been to.

Thinking of 100 people who are dead who I'd wish could still be with us, it would be unimaginable to not have Jerry Garcia on that list. He was a great American. Smart, savvy, humble, generous, gracious, fantastic and totally under rated musician and performer.

I fucking love this song. I love it when Jerry fucks up - the afternoon of his only solo set is testament to that... he bluffs lyrics and his guitar, but plays on with abandon. Respect.
