Valkyria Chronicles - Chapter 1: In Defense of Bruhl battle - Rank A

Chapter 1 is still really easy as you can see. You don't have to take out any of the guards which kinda takes away the fun of it all but the later chapters require plenty of strategy to get Rank A. When the strategies for obtaining Rank A become all-in/suicide missions instead of being slow and tactical missions, it shows a whole other side of fun to the game which gives it great replay value.

I've decided to try and take on the project of exploring the possibly of speed running this game. Basically, beating each of these levels as efficiently as possible without power-leveling. That means not only beating each level in under the amount turns required to get "Rank A" but also trying to optimize each action and ultimately achieving the most efficient strategy possible. I'm always looking to improve myself so if you have any tips and tricks leave a comment, video response or whatever.

It definitely is! One of the best games of 2008, in my oppinion. And seriously one of my favorites in the past 5-6 years. If you liked the demo, you will love the game!

I think the price was reduced recently because some DLC came out yesterday. It's a promotional thing. Now's the time to buy! :-)
