Thanks for the tip. I like to give a marinade time to work, and I wasn't gonna die if I didn't do it today. I postponed it and it's parked in the fridge for the night.

@anmoose Marinade it for as long as you can, once its thawed out put it in the frige for up to 24 hours. !2 will work fine, I only did a 4 hour marinade on the countertop.
It was good but could have been bettter if done in the frige overnite

Can't get enough of you JB!!!! Keep 'em comin'!!!! Love the Kensington Steak! "Is Steak & Ale" still around? My dad would marinate the kensington marinade for 24 hours in the fridge....you think that is necessary? THANKS JB!!!
