Many people are coerced into giving up their babies. They are told that the child would be better off without them, that she needs 2 parents and lots of money, and that she doesn't need her birth mother. It's a tragedy.
i guess i have a different perspective, my husband and I are unable to have children and we are in the process of an adoption, I know not all adoption stories turn out well, Im sure the woman who raised you as her own must feel very neglected , maybe when you have children you'll understand what she has done for you and you'll appreciate it more,
i know i dont know ur whole story but it seems like thiers room enough to love both familys and appreicate what both did for you.
I did get to talk to my biological sister on the phone but lost touch with her only after one conversation. I was lucky enough to meet the rest of my siblings and biological mother. My biological dad..I could meet or not meet him. He abandoned my mom and 6 older siblings..so, I have no compassion for him...even if that is wrong of me. And, glad you found your child. :)

if they love you so much now, why did they let you go when you were a baby? That's the only question in my mind as I heard your story...
