WWW.POWERTOPIA.EU In this video I summarize the movements that are necessary to master the level 2 'national GS coach' of the IUKL/IKSA. Level 2 kata, which is the practical test of the certificate of National GS Instructor consists of 5 groups of exercises: inertial, coordination, ballistic, power and joint mobility. Men do the excercices with 16 kg kettlebells, women with 8 kg kettlebells. Every exercise is maximally estimated on a 1 point (10 repetitions is a 1 point; 5 repetitions -- 0,5 point; 3 repetitions -- 0,3 point and etc) and it's necessary to collect no less than 15 points (to execute 75 % of total quantity of exercises). Besides, it is necessary to execute at least one exercise from each group. This is the list of excercises as I remember it.

  • Is it more to the test? 10 min test etc? Or is this the test to reach lvl 2?

  • @MrSvSa It's the test to reach level 2. All that matters is that you can execute the techniques and for a certain amount of repetitions. The textual explanation on powertopia.eu/content/iukliksa-instructor-certification-kata-explained
