NO NO NO E74 ERROR IS JUST YOUR XBOX360 OR JTAG RESSETING ITSELF..
374 JUST MEANS THAT SOMETHING ON YOUR XBOX360 IS UNPLUGED OR NOT WORKING RIGHT... NEVER DO THE TOWEL TRICK YES IT WORKS BUTT EVERYTIME YOU DO IT YOUR DAMAGING YOUR XBOX360 ON THE INSIDE..

try buying another one, see what happens, buy another worked for me, so .... good luck, maybe the problem is your av cable ... =)

Just buy another AV Cable?
I thought the one red light was a General Hardware Failure, and the four lights was the AV Cable...
Though mine is doing what you just now described, and the video has been acting buggy and glitchy lately.

Easy way and works for others...
First remove the memory cards on your xbox 360 even the one on top of your xbox 360. Then blow into it or clean it...Once you do..BOOM...it works...its just it cant read the memory...if it cant read the memory then it could not work since you have stuff in it...also it only works for E 68 users...the E 74 could do the same method as i told you...Be advised of the rings and try to disconnect and crap...NOT OPEN IT!! it will screw it up even more!

it works but only for at most a month at some point i would reccomend phoning microsoft and getting those cunts to fix it for you lol

my xbox has the same problem, but i have the triple red ring. i tried the towel thing, soon before i figured that it actually makes it worse. so i'm wondering if taking it apart will help. i heard theres 4 spongey items under the mother load that you're supposed to remove and replace with rubber erasers. is this true?
