Here we are at Croton-Harmon, where we see a yard crew start up Genesis P32ACDM 210, having just been fueled. Doesn't sound like they're starting the locomotive, but rather taking it out of "no mode" and switching it into "diesel mode". "No mode" idles the engine at around 300 rpm and provides no HEP to the coaches.
