during a call you can see a little purple phone at the bottom of the screen. Push that purple phone and the keypad will show up!!

I am hoping you can help me. I purchased the CETA A380i phone. How can I get the keypad to appear when I am in a call? For example, while checking voicemail, I need to press a number on keypad, but I cannot figure out how access keypad to press '1' or '7' etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
