PHP - Motion Detection

Motion Detection core made with PHP, Version 2. It's fundamentals of operation are explained at the end.

I was wondering if I could load an image and output a table of all the pixels, once that worked well, I figured to move onto something else and it led to this.

Have you tried converting the image to greyscale first? That might make it faster
