Demonstrating how a non-booting Toshiba Equium A300D laptop can be temporarily brought back to life, using what I call the hair-drier trick. If you have a laptop in this state, you can at least determine that the screen and everything else is working. If you know someone with a BGA (Ball Grid Array) rework station, you can get it fixed. One of this spec would be an ideal candidate.

Try some known working memory just in case. When heating this unit, it needs a fair blast to get the heat to the location of the BGA. I hope you have some success with it, if even to just prove what does and doesn't work.

Worked like a treat on my laptop same

model as shown in video ,it now boots up as it should and works just how it did !?

how does this method cure the non booting issue ??

I noticed the fan was running as soon as I powered it up after using hair dryer
