It is our right to bear arms and it is our right for freedom of assembly. However, if everyone in the crowd at a presidential speech had a gun it would make our President's security very difficult. So, how can you choose who has the right to bear a gun at a speech you can't s that's why no one in the crowd at such a function is allow to bear arms.
