GUINNESS WORLD RECORD - Most Martial Arts Kicks in One Minute 281

Mr. Raul Meza is the new world record holder for Most Martial Arts Kicks in one minute. He accomplished the feat by doing 281 kicks in one minute on June 25 2011 at Meza's Karate America.

Mr. Meza started first thought to attempt this record while coming up with ideas for a fund raiser to go on a mission trip to Mexico. He performed 10 kicks for every dollar donated. So he completed over 18,000 kicks within an 8 week period(not including training for the record)

Mr. Meza would like to thank everyone for their support of the his trip and this record.

@saintraul Thank you for your answer. How many kicks did you have to do to beat the previous men's record? Well done for your world record btw. And for all that fundraising :) Have you seen the footage for the women's world record?

@REALDGKID Technically yes and no. I didn't realize that the men and women were separate until I actually applied for the record. So yes Chloe had the women's record but now a Japanese women has it at 273 kicks and I earned the men's record now at 281.
