My neighbor's organic patio vegatable garden grown in Smart Pot containers. The soil is re-used soil from last year that was saved over the winter and re-blended with fresh compost, Glacial Rock Dust, AZOMITE, Sul-Po-Mag, Alfalfa pellets, dolomitic lime, and more.

  • what size are those smart pot? Thanks. Im trying to decide if I should go this way. Thanks in advance.

  • @cErx2oO4 Most of the Smart Pots shown in this video are 5 gallon, and a few of them are 7 gallon. The 7 gallon Smart Pots work much better than the 5 gals. The 7 gallon is the same height as the 5, but the 7 is two inches larger in diameter.

The Tomato shown here is a 25gallon. I have a video up showing my 2011 and my 2010 patio gardens in Smart Pots. I did a Organic Heirloom Branywine Tomato in a 65 gallon Smart Pot, and it could have filled out a 100 gallon Smart Pot!
