Very professional video! I'm impressed. I was wondering why my dryer became so hot over the years. I thought it was something common. Now I know the problem. I'm contacting you guys first thing in the morning!

THANK YOU!!! You saved our family's lives. I have been fighting with a new dryer for over a year and a half. Immediately it took longer than my old dryer. I thought it was the dryer until I tried your suggestion to disconnect the vent and dry a load. I have googled this topic many times and never heard that one.
It took 2 hrs to dry a load this morning and 35 min to dry a load tonight. I disconnected the vent in the attic and it was 100% clogged. You saved our lives!! Thank you!!

Interesting, my dryer is taking forever to dry. My dryer is on the second floor of my house and has never been cleaned (4 years). All of the symptoms you've mentioned are the case!

Ahhh, my wife is correct! I should just give your office a call ASAP. The wifey is right about the dryer! Thanks for the info!
Hi Wayne and Mike! Much thanks to you for the awesome same-day service! I was thrilled with Mike's professional service. I was very glad to get my dryer vent cleared out -- and decided to have my neighbors' places done, too! Great service, great price -- I've already started to spread the word for you. Well done. I wish you guys the best.

nice concise video - but what temperature do you consider warm and what temp hot?

The term is a little relative, I would say it should never be over 80 degrees Fahrenheit for most dryers. However some of the newer dryer do not get hot on top. If the metal buttons on your jeans are to hot to touch is another good way to measure.
