Let me ask you this...
When you make home made anything... (i.e. home made cookies, home made cake, home made muffins, etc.) where do the ingredients come from? Do you magically pull them out of a hat? Do they all just fall out of thin air? Or maybe you actually go to the store and buy them?
The idea is that this is NOT a pre-packaged meal replacement powder, but a "home made version". Just like when mom makes home made cookies.

That really depends on you... I personally value my health and fitness enough to spend money on quality nutrition. But obviously not everyone feels the same way. After all the average Joe would rather spend his money on cigarettes, booze, and lottery tickets LOL

MET-RX HAS SUCRALOSE, which makes it very bad for you, if man made it, don't eat it! I use garbanzo beans in my "protein shake"....

Different brands may have different nutritional info. But all you'd have to do is add up the calories from the labels on the protein, greens, etc. that you use.

plz how many calories?

A good post workout shake would be 50 grams of whey protein and 75 grams of simple carbs such as dextrose mixed in water.

Nutrition for women is the same as nutrition for men. The only difference is that you'll eat according to your lean muscle mass. I've got a good fat loss program on my website at: LeeHayward. com/dvd this covers fat loss diet plans for both men and women.

@leemhayward Do you think i should use creatine/protein/supplements etc or should i just make a high protein shake with natural foods?? Also is it good if i take creatin & whey protein on and off because i dont want to be dependant on it.??

These are not drugs, you can not become dependent on protein, creatine, etc. They are just nutritional supplements. For example, whey protein is made from milk... And I don't think you are afraid of becoming addicted to milk are you?

You can literally prepare all your meals for the day in about 1/2 hour if you plan it out right. I suggest you go to my main channel page and download a copy of my Bodybuilding Quick Start Kit. In that download there is a Bodybuilding Nutrition Guide that has some simple meal prep tips that you can use to prepare and pack your food for the day / night.
