A killer exercise for anyone, but especially beneficial to martial artists and those that need to build strength in their wrists, arms, core and hands. Try 3 - 5 sets for as many reps as you can handle.

  • Yes, I am doing the push ups on cinder blocks. It is a great way to build your hands, and yes, the harder the object and the more pressure you put on your knuckles the more it builds your hands. The best way to build hard as steel hands is to actually hit hard objects, which you do after you have conditioned your knuckles with these push ups.

  • This looks good, but i have a question you seem like your doin knuckle push ups on cinder blocks. Is that a good way to build hands, like the harder the object the more it builds ur hands?
