Hey folks, so Marie had her first webcast last Sept. 7 on Facebook and as we all know Marie as a super nice and fun woman, unexpectedly got too emotional when she talks about putting so much heart and love to her new album Breathing Underwater.

you know what... ive always collected cds, apart from the fact that if i support an artist i want to have their work in my hands, i loveeeeee reading the booklets that come in the cds, i seriously love it. Plus i get the joy of knowing that the artist gets the reward of me purchising, but I really loved the coffee explanation, never thought of it that way really... well explained Marié!

i just bought unfold and breathing underwater after i saw you cry on the webcast:( it made me sad:'( !! we love you marie! don't cry!:) promise to buy songs and not download them ever again!

The only thing problem with the coffee analogy is that once you drink that coffee, no one else can have it - it's gone. However, when you download a song, you are making a copy (of a copy) and the original copy is still intact and sharable. But that aside, I agree that musicians put tons of work and passion into their music and deserve some kind of payment.

im sory, im guilty as being one of those irresponsible people, i first download her songs through limewire then after seriously deciding to be her fan i bought the albums, went to her concert, and of course i deleted the songs i download from limewire then copy the songs in the album to my iphone!! im really sory marie, hope you forgive me ='(
