alrisght this is a great song. but a straight lift from the tamil original "adutha veetu penn" next time u appreciate a hindi comedy, look for the original from the south!

It may be taken from a tamil song, ut the fact is there is much more to a song than just tha.The singers still have sing really good.Also The actors too have to act really good for making such a great comedy.(and song)

think too that there are quite a number of movies and songs in bollywood lifted from south indian movies.... but thts ok, as long we just enjoy them ;)

This is one of four songs I loved in this movie. I remember reading about Manna Dey, and it was said that he did not like this song. Especially when Kishore Kumar "won" the song debate. It seems he did not believe that a singer of classical music show loose to a modern singer with little experience. I, of course, never thought that. They both did a great job and is very memorable.
