Sergio Castellitto presenta "La bellezza del somaro", una commedia "alla Checov" piena di risate e malinconia. Tratto da un racconto della scrittrice, sceneggiatrice e moglie di Castellitto Margaret Mazzantini, il film racconta la storia di due genitori - Marcello (Sergio Castellitto) e Marina (Laura Morante) - che si vedono recapitare a casa come fidanzato della figlia ancora minorenne Armando (Enzo Iannacci), un settantenne dai modi gentili. L'evento sconvolgerà gli equilibri di tutti i protagonisti. Abbiamo incontrato il regista e alcuni dei protagonisti, tra cui Barbora Bobulova, Lola Ponce, Marco Giallini e Nina Torresi.
