ChristianVeg dotorg also works on this and other related issues. Force bred Factory Farm animals/mammals will never go hungry for our unnecessary addiction to animal products, while humans go hungry.

The concept of helping for "weekend food" is not about families rich or poor. It is about the unfortunate kids who are born in poor homes who have not the opportunity to either become rich or poor. They will make their own fortune or create a sad future for themselves as they become adults, but they need the chance to grow up first. For that they need food just like all of us grown ups. Yes the unfortunate American kids do have help during the week days, but they go hungry most "weekends".

we have no need to help ourself, americans no matter what town you live in,can go once a week and get free fod, from more than 2 or 3 maybe even 5 to 10 places a week.

and people can grow their own food,it takes 20 min every night, most nights it takes less,to grow your own food.

people can grow their own food, and one person in a house stop working, and be with their family.

people need to grow some balls, not ask for pitty.its america, and its 2011,its not 1924 china, for god sakes

there is no need to feed the fatest country on earth,we have places you can go to once a week, and get free food.

and if americas were not lazy as hell, they could grow their own food, but you people care more and more about entertainment, then to help yourself.

then you lose your way and expect people to feed you,oh hell no.

I'd hate to say it but we are spending more money on feeding other nations than feeding our own people and that's just sad we should pay less attention to Haiti and all our attention on our fellow Americans our family

....so we shouldn't help the kids because the parents make bad decisions? Great way to perpetuate the problem.......
