It is a rare and exciting event to be able to dance by the light of a blue moon. That is exactly the reason why Blue Moonshine was formed: To bring the feeling of a unique event to life with music and dance. Blue Moonshine draws together a musical blend of rocking dance tunes that everyone knows and loves while creating the perfect atmosphere for all to enjoy. Driving off everyone's daily worries for a brief window of freedom and excitement, keeping the dance floor packed, and having a great time doing it is what the boys in Blue Moonshine are achieving.

Rising with the blue moon of the New Year '10, Blue Moonshine (Jeff Gruwell-guitar, Larry Barron-drums, "Jersey" Jim Nestor-lead vocals & bass) saw a need for a ultra-tight, musical entity that keeps music lovers where they belong: on the dance floor. Not only are all three of these veteran Bay Area musicians masters of their respective instruments, Blue Moonshine also have perfected the craft of getting the audience involved in every show. Not only does that generate good theatre, but creates lasting memories.

With a growing fan list and dedicated following, Blue Moonshine is looking to blow up in 2010 with appearances at clubs, festivals, parties, or any where great danceable rock is appropriate (or not appropriate as the case may be).
