  • Thanks! I reckon I would get a really nice shine on my shit from eating this.

  • Wipe your ass with em just before you pop them in your mouth. Gives em a little extra flavor.

  • hey man how many caolries/protein is in each bar

  • @TheRedHawk123 wat are ration bars?

  • Looks Great, but like you said that its not for long lasting because of the eggs in it, Well here a different version. Doesn't have Peanut Butter but its Great Tasting. There 2 different versions to it too:

4 cups Oats. 1/2 cup honey or corn syrup 1 cup firm packed brown sugar 3/4 butter melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. This is the chewy version. Great for Breakfast

Crunchy Version is the same Except that you put it through a food Dehydrator until dry.

  • i tryed to make this but mine just fell apart does anyone know what i did wrong

  • @shadowscion I think I made it wrong lol. Too floury. Should it be crispy or?

  • I made this, but it seems kind of dry if you use sugar instead of honey. I ended up using 3 more tbsp of peanut butter, and a little water because it just would not mix. Should be ok, I haven't tried them yet though.

Also for anyone wondering, I added up all the nutritional values.

~3200 calories total, but divided into 7 portions(1 per day) its ~450cal

    ~16g fat

    ~65g carbs

    ~15g protein

I also added up all the vitamins, but there are way too many to list. Very healthy snack though, thanks!

  • looks pretty good

  • Awesome! I tried making some and they are really good. 5/5
