I know nothing of the cap and trade bill. but I know CO2 and other gasses are fucking up our planet, as a heavier then O2 it effects our oceans first, it displaces oxygen which sea life or you and I breathe, concerned about mercury/arsenic/lead think coal, shit people get freaked out by a flu shot which has no mercury in it, its a fucking chicken egg and only good refrigerated for 3 months

Vehicles today emit less than 1/3 the emissions that they did 50 years ago. Technology has made enormous strides at reducing the carbon output.
Secondly, there is NO information to show that "global warming" is a threat to mankind. None.
You care about the planet? Do you really care? Then stop destroying forests to build more homes. Stop building more and more and more. The country is turning into a cesspool.

Even Kyoto only says that member nations have to reduce emissions to 1990levels. Not a whopping 83%.
