@xplr64 Yes, that is exactly right. Also, the 2nd benefit is that when you are at your weakest with your arms wide open, some of the chain bunches up on the floor and the total weight is lighter. When you are at your strongest, hands close together, all of the chain is off the floor and the total weight is heavier. It adjusts with your leverages.
