Kraft Foods Inc. won over Cadbury plc's board Tuesday with a $19.4 billion offer (The Deal Pipeline subscription required). Cadbury shareholders are expected to approve the transaction, as are Kraft shareholders, who must okay the issuance of stock. What will Kraft shareholder Warren Buffet, who very publicly worried about Kraft overpaying, have to say? "It's inconceivable that Kraft would progress to a negotiated deal without the implicit support of [Buffet's] Berkshire Hathaway," says Paul Bird, co-chair of the M&A group at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, who gives Kraft chief executive Irene Rosenfeld kudos for managing through Buffet's initial comments and getting this deal to close. Kraft dont give a shit about British jobs. Mark my words, by 2020 there will no Cadbury factory left in the UK. Still, if the greedy twats at the head of Cadbury had told Kraft to fuck off there would be no need to worry about this. Is anything iconic still British these days...

She's been told by Buffett it's a bad deal, the British workforce are totally against it and British Tax Payers money that was lent to UK's RBS is being used to fund the deal. The whole transaction stinks on every level.
Why she is so bent upon getting the deal despite all these things mean only one thing and we all know it- she'll asset strip Cadbury and profiteer from it. Kraft has done it before and history will repeat itself.
Sick woman.
