You don't have to be brainwashed to know that (just watch more clips from KCTV or of Voice of Korea, if you insist all documentaries are propaganda), you just have to not be retarded. Anwyay, it's restricted you imbecile, internet is not even layed out in half of North Korea. Have you been in North Korea? There is neither wireless. Getting internet is not simple as you think.
You need huge transmitters with wide ranges and huge antenas to take in internet from space satellites. And then again distrubate this because the signal is coded

You came up with that off of the top of your head. Where is your burden of proof? I have one, video evidence exists of North Korean using the internet, people have laptops and PC's, and the internet is not restricted. You are so brainwashed you probally think Kim Jong Il is God there, he is not, he is Chairman of the workers party and has to follow the law like everyone else.
