I do like Danes VERY much BUT once you've had a Wolfhound your'e hooked forever, and I tell you this truthfully I would rather 10 Wolfies in the house than my daughter's 2 kittens, they may not be that big but JEEZ wot a pair of pains in @rse's they are !

@GettingPwnd okay, okay, you're correct...there was once a 100cm Great Dane named Gibson. My comment, however, was that the tallest "breed" is widely considered to be the Irish Wolf Hound. Just google "tallest dog breed"...after all, everything on the internet is true, right?!

RIP PJ, our darling five year old Irish Wolfhound, shown in this clip. Very sadly, PJ had to be put to sleep this afternoon. He was given six weeks to live seven months ago so he has done really well. In the end, his tumour had grown so big, he was so weak and he was losing so much blood that we had no option but to let him go. We are grateful to have shared our lives with you for five years.
