Sonic Adventure DX: Enter Twinkle Park Immediately After Emerald Coast (Light Speed Dash too)

This is a video from me, DarkspinesSonic A.K.A Da1AndOnlySonic, showing how to get the light speed dash upgrade and how to enter Twinkle Park immediately after finishing Emerald Coast. The main reason I made this video is because a while ago I told youtube user frankoredstrato I knew an alternate way to make it into Twinkle Park, and that I would upload a video showing it eventually. In addition to that, I show that the level activator is there for Twinkle Park, and how you escape that area if you choose to finish the level (making the game save).

However, I also show how to get the light speed dash upgrade. There's a reason for that as well. Youtube user Groudon0199 also has a video showing an alternate way to make it into Twinkle Park. However, his video says it can be done any time after Windy Valley. By making it into the sewer as seen in my video, you can then use the strategy seen in his video to make it to Twinkle Park from there.

I did the bypass the police glitch with tails and got stuck there and on the ps3 it saves after bypassing the police so I'm really stuck now
